I had to call to make sure they received an order I placed via e-mail several days prior to be told they never received the email. When asked if they could compensate in any way for inconvenience I was met with aggressive attitude and disrespect directly from the owner. I was actually told to "shut up and listen" or my order would be canceled. I do not recommend doing business with this company

Communication is terrible. Rick is aggressive and overbearing knows not how to listen at all. Called keener rubbers and spoke with rick this morning after our office manager called in tears over a rubber band order that was placed February 26th with no communication via email or otherwise up to the phone call this morning March 5th. His standpoint immediately was one which was one sided towards his point of view and outlook.
