Dr. Keener is an awesome orthodontist! He gives evidence based information and options for treatment- he will also give you the best option based on his expert opinion and explain to you why that is. He makes sure you understand what is going on every step of the way and will gladly answer any questions. I highly recommend him for anyone looking in the Charlottesville area!

Unfortunately, this office has really gone downhill since Dr. Horbaly left. I previously called and canceled appointments for both of my sons after we decided to switch them to an office closer to home. Apparently, whoever took that call never documented that the appointments were canceled or that we had transferred offices, because for the second time on 2 appointments we just received a call for a missed appointment that had already been canceled. So glad I was referred to Dr. Keener’s office for many reasons. I’m truly impressed with the level of service and care provided at every stage of my visit. The office is equipped with advanced technology, including computer imaging, which made the experience even more reassuring. Both Dr. Keener and Olivia, the Office Manager, take time to clearly explain the entire process, including what to realistically expect.
