Whatever you do, don’t go to the Sophia apartments. The condition and upkeep of the property is terrible. The gate is frequently broken or left open, which raises safety concerns. The laundry facility is often dirty and appears poorly maintained, like a homeless person has been squatting there. Update- on 9-10-25 manager Elizabeth from spring wood park apts threatens to terminate my lease over a bad review on Facebook. She said " you're lucky I dint terminate your lease" and stated that she could if she wanted to. She said "I would appreciate if you delete the review" and I said no. A keener supervisor was on site an heard her tell me that. I told the supervisor about her threats and he stated that she couldn't do that because legally they can't retaliate. If she does I will pursue legal action against the property... read more
