We have owned and operated our cabin business in Hocking Hills for over 20 years. We hired James Keener to quote and later install a new condenser and air handler at one of our cabins. James was prompt to respond to requests and got our unit switched out in a timely fashion. We did not have any issues during the installation and were eager to use James for future projects. Amazing company to work with. The owner is very honest about the problem and NEVER has tried to pressure me into buying other things than what is truly needed. I wish more companies were this way. I recently purchased a Bosch unit for my home, my electric bill went from $528 in January of 2019 to $227 this year in January! I highly recommend this unit as well as Keener Heating and Cooling to do the job! Jimmy answered all of my questions and concerns, and I NEVER felt pressured into buying anything. If I ever need heating and cooling help again I will definitely be contacting this company.
