These guys do great work. They were very responsive and easy to work with. I had to have my old unit replaced. The pricing was very fair and the work was very thorough. Definitely would recommend!

My heat pump was not defrosting. Keener quickly responded to my initial call and diagnosed the issue as a few possible problems. They replaced an initial part as a first attempt. Unfortunately the unit still wouldn't defrost. They then recommended replacing a second part as the next attempt, which I approved. They agreed to order the part and schedule the installation once the part was delivered. Then they stopped communicating and never followed through. James helped us diagnose what was wrong with our AC and eventually shop for a new unit and get it installed. Throughout the process, he was extremely helpful and thoughtful, as well as honest and upfront. Every time I needed to contact him he was quick to respond. He explained how different parts of my AC work when I asked for more information, but didn't get too technical to a point where I couldn't follow along. We were provided outstanding service tonight when we called about our AC unit not working. We called after 7:30pm and the problem was fixed in under an hour. Very grateful to not have to go into the weekend with no AC, thank you. Would highly recommend to anyone!
