I did not end up using Keener, initially my experience was positive, phone staff were friendly, the sales associate (Jamie) was also friendly during my estimate for work. However, having received my quote, I fould the lack of transparency for the cost of the job, and its breakdown to be significantly lacking. I was essentially provided a price, with no explanation as to what all aded up to this bottom line.
