Hard to get ahold of maintenance and nobody around when you need them
Horrible property management/managers. Do not recommend living here, the ladies in the office are rude, the buildings are OLD and UGLY. They will try and steal your deposits, they will not show you the property before they ask for the hefty deposits. RUN AWAY FROM THIS SKETCHY TOWNHOME COMPLEX !
I rent a townhouse at this property for my child for his college conveniently. Nearly 3 years have passed, with all that I consider this a place worth everyone's attention and experience. From the environment and lifestyle, this place is extremely quiet for my children and extremely safe and private. The staff always knows what they need to do to meet the needs of residents, always on point when we needed. I totally recommend Keenland Park.
I have lived at kneeland apartments for almost 4 years! I love this place! When I have ever needed something fixed the mantience crew is always super friendly and they get it done fast. No waiting like I have at other places. And the girls in the office are awesome!
