Keene Medical is the best! They have been taking care of my mother's oxygen needs for the past few months and our experience has been nothing but great. The delivery drivers are always so helpful and take the time to make sure my mother is comfortable with her equipment. Anyone new to home oxygen should know that Keene is the way to go!
My mother in law just had a hip replacement. I came to pick up supplies for her here the woman working Beverly Everest was the rudest woman I have ever dealt with and very unprofessional. From the moment I walked In she had a attitude she didn't even look at the paper work telling me she couldn't help. When I tried to talk to her about what was needed she was belittling and nasty. I could continue but there's really no point. Bottom line if your looking for unprofessional behavior this is the spot to go.
