He looked over all your paper work and based on his professional opinion, and the review of your medical records, he made his assessment. Again, I am sorry that you are disappointed with this outcome.
If you need a disability attorney I would advise checking elsewhere. His assistant screens all new clients and does Not know the difference between SSI and Social Security Disability. SSI or Supplemental Security Income is a completely separate needs based program from Social Security Disability. I am assuming she is the one who screened this instead of the attorney himself.
