The design process was more structured and detailed than the other builders we have tried. This made the actual building process very smooth and faster than expected. The house turned out great. All of our concerns were taken seriously and every problem we brought up was addressed. We are very happy with our new home.
They are our builders for our new home. The process had been so easy and so much fun because of them. Kristy is a pleasure to work with and is so helpful. Her expertise has made this a wonderful experience. We are looking forward to a new quality home!
We had a really disappointing experience with KHI Homes in Lafayette, Indiana. The quality of their work just isn’t there, and attention to detail seems to be lacking. One of their contractors even said, “If it looks good from 6 feet away, that’s quality,” and called us “picky” for pointing out obvious flaws. For example, there were multiple issues with the finishing work, including poorly cut holes for pipes, a cabinet with a visible tear, and sloppy patching around wiring (photos attached), and exterior siding was cut shor... read more
We built our home with Keene. Their organization and step by step process is top notch. I've never seen a company that didn't have lag time in between sub contractors. Kristy had everything lined up to a T. Once one job was finished, the next day the materials and next contractors were on the site. Any little issue or hiccup that came along it was taken care of immediately by a phone call to Kristy.
