Very unprofessional and rude. I will never go back. Always a different dentist. No one introduced themselves- not even the dentist. Worst experience I have ever had. Went directly to Old Betsy Dental and they were amazing!
I had been going to this dentist since 2019 and never had a problem. Recently, things have gone downhill... I had to have a filling removed and replaced with a crown. The dentist said there shouldn't be any pain, so no numbing needed... That tooth was extremely sensitive to the cold water and hurt really bad. Even though I was expressing pain, she just kept going and said "it's okay we're almost done". It felt like forever. I'll never get another crown without numbing, thanks to that experience. One of the most unprofessional business I have ever been in. The staff is somewhat good, n December I had a dental assistant ask me non-dental questions about my son, and when I didn't take her unsolicited advice she asked if my son was adopted and if I was the actual mother!! Fast forward to now, I have been trying to get him in for his checkup and I have been canceled on 4 times over the course of half a month. They call either the day of or the day before to reschedule. They have constantly cancelled appointments this year, one of them being cancelled when we walked thru the door. They have cancelled at least 4 appointments for my kids and it’s just 2 months into the year. RDA is extremely rude, at one appointment she was talking about the other staff members and kept repeating she was the “lead”.
