The customer service is horrible here. I came into this shop for the first time hoping to have someone look at my car. The older gentleman at the front desk barely looked up to acknowledge me despite me saying good morning. Before I could explain the issue I was having with my car, he immediately said “I don’t have anything today.” I immediately let him know that I understood and proceeded to tell him the issue. In a day and age where everything is becoming a crisis the least thing I want to worry about is a faulty car. Called and made an appointment for some car issues that have me more than worried. When making the appt I was told they would do a diagnostic for me and that the issue sounded like the transmission(already scared me). As a working individual I had to put in for the time off.
