I bought my house on September 7th , until this moment November 4th I didn’t get my documents close, I am wondering if anybody else has that late in closing processing time or just me ?!!
If I could give a 0 star I would. From someone who has worked in the legal industry for 5+ years and knows how professional law firms are supposed to run PLEASE take my advice when I saw do you use this law firm. Long story short, I was moving from Ontario to New Brunswick. The house fell through due to issues with the bank, but I used first Lisa, who wasted hours of time only to find out she didn't know commercial property law, onto Ashley Scott.
