I’ll be real I messed up with my last review. I gave Caliber Collision in Middletown a 1 star and that was completely on me. The issue I had was with a separate windshield situation that Caliber doesn’t even handle. I jumped the gun and I own that mistake. These guys didn’t just fix my car they went above and beyond. The body work was flawless. My car came out looking better than it did before the accident. They even repainted my hood completely fixing a huge scratch I caused myself years ago with a snow blade. The body work was fine. The overall experience wasn't. If y'all had an in-house windshield department and didn't have to rely on third parties such as Safe Lite to come out and replace the windshields of vehicles that needed it it would make the process so much easier and seamless. That was ridiculous. Having to call multiple people just to get a timeline on when this third party company was going to come out to do my windshield was absolutely absurd.
