Quite possibly the worst encounter I've ever had with someone who purports to be in the service industry. My daughter had an appointment scheduled and then tried, via text, to add an additional service, indicating it wasn't a problem if Keena didn't have time. Oddly, Keena then proceeded to call my daughter and ask her how she got the number she was calling from (I guess Keena doesn't understand how cell phones work, and that I could forgive).
