I found Keen Lux through Groupon, but ended up calling them directly instead of booking through the app. Bianca answered the phone and was incredibly warm, professional, and accommodating. I have to give this business a 1 star review for a few reasons. Although the massage went well access to the bathroom was under construction and filthy. I was understanding about this at the time but in hindsight I realize I should’ve taken that as a warning and gotten out of there. Although I paid $160 (tip included) was not reimbursed my deposit which she said would be returned to me. The owner is a swindler and a thief.

I came here for a facial and she did an amazing job. Prior to going to Keen Luz my skin was itchy and had dry flakes. She reassured me that once I use her products and stay consistent with my skincare it will get better. She was correct, the issues I had with my skin, are practically gone. Thank you very much for helping me.
