I have hired Keen Garage Doors 3 times - and always received professional installation. This latest time - Jeramie Keen (the Owner) even provided advice on the type, style, and color of the door that I should have installed. The new door minimizes sound and wind-blown debris in the garage, with its wider weather stripping and floor seal - all great!
Easily the most smooth & professional service i've had in a long time. Starting with the phone call. Spoke in a clear precise manner then the service call itself. Brandon arrived & was very approachable and aggressive with his work ethic. Repaired my door within 30 minutes as well as double checked for any loose bolts. 5 stars
Replacing a torsion spring on a garage door is dangerous work and not really safe for the DIY type to handle. The skilled tradesmen from Keen (Brandon and Johnny) knew how to handle the job quickly and efficiently. They also did a complete door 'tune up' so that it now works better than it has in years. Our trades are an important part of our daily lives, It's nice to have these skilled people available when we need their help.

I have to say that Keen was the best company I have ever worked with and would highly recommend them. They listened to my needs and worked with me to make sure all were met. Jeramie was so helpful.
