Our garage for was fixed promptly and swiftly.
We had an after hours garage door emergency. It went off track. We called and Jeramie came right out and fixed it all up. I would definitely call again for service!
Wow-that is all I can say. And I rarely write reviews! Jeramie and his team are just plain awesome. Choosing the “right” garage door for your home is not a cakewalk - there are lots of options, styles and costs. We interviewed three vendors and Keen was by far the best. Jeramie really spent time to educate us on a variety of doors, their pluses and minuses…..we are thrilled with the result. Great quality and best price by far!
Levi our on-site technician provided great customer service: - He was transparent on the state of our gate and shared his knowledge of our legacy gate system. - Maintenance and gate code refresh was completed in a timely manner. - He listened to our specific needs and recommended new solutions for future upgrades. Definitely recommend for anyone w gate maintenance and need for update services.
