Tony Garcia personally provided me with electrician services a couple of years ago, so when I needed service again, I called him. He sent someone to provide the service, which was fine. But, when I got the invoice it included 1.5 hours of driving time, at a rate of $95 per hour. I was not charged any driving fee for Tony's first visit, nor was I informed there would be a fee for this visit. Keen Electric came to our rescue while we were building out our Manufactured home, well pump and installing new electricity poles from the electric company. First, we we laid concrete and were told we needed an electric stub in before they poured the concrete. We had 2hrs to find an available electrician who could come out in the morning.
