Ace to the rescue on New Year Day New Yearâs Eve a broken bathroom pipe in a nasty underground crawl space flooded our rental property basement. None of the other five plumbers I tried returned my call that day or the next. When I called Ace, I was able to speak to an employee who actually went to our property to assess the situation. He took email pictures for us to see the damage. The cost was at the low end of his estimate range. We really appreciated this help especially since we do not live in the area. not very professional We had them come do an est. on our bathroom. They were def. the cheapest so we choose to go with them. They were quick to take our deposit but then didnt hear from them again in months. We called and called and he was always out. Finally we demanded out deposit back which took another month to get. They were good on prices...but thats about all.
