Took my blanket in to get cleaned, mine you I have never been here before, when I got my blanket back it stunk like dirty wet fabric. I called back the next day to let them know, and the manager was soo rude and said she would only clean it for free if I took it in today and picked up today. There was a problem with a wedding dress being picked up Accidentally by the wrong person. When my daughter showed up to get her dress and it was missing other workers and the owner came in. I called Crystal from Wildfire Alterations if she could be there too for my daughter. When my husband and I got there The owner, Manager and Crystal were looking for the dress. I had never used Keen Cleaners before this experience and I will never use them again. Here’s the story: I had alterations by wildfire alterations right next door (10/10 recommend) and when I went for my wedding dress fitting it fit great and I felt so beautiful! They suggested keen cleaners because they’re right next door and a lot of people recommend them. I thought whatever, I usually use a-town on Treadaway but why not since I can just walk. They lost a 9 year customer this morning. Employee had a headset on and was chatting with friends. She couldn't get my number right, my name, and spent way more time in back finding my clothes. I mentioned it to the nice lady with a manager shirt on. I said no more, and she nodded.
Without any warning, the closed and now I do not have a suit to wear to my family members funeral. Very unprofessional and now has cost me a lot of money. Won’t bother to compensate for it either.
