Was asked to come back to work there by the so called manager Melissa in the back. An then to have her not like what I had to say to her outside work on a personal issue just to have her talk to the main boss Sam an have me fired. Like same day service on Saturday. But they loss your clothes and what you do get is wet still. They traded to give me back some else shirt. Could not find my shirt. Was told we call when we figure it out. I have you dry cleaners weekly for the last 20 years this is the first time u have been given someone else clothes and cannot get mine. Then went back in to try to see what they are going to do and was told I will have to come back on Monday. AllI got from the employees that were working a bunch of excuses. They got about the most incompetent customers known in the county(some unknown). Most customers don't know difference between dryclean and laundry and begin to yell the dumbest demand. They are the cheapest cleaner around by far. $5 for heavy starch pants is awesome! John Shoun next time you should listen instead of yelling I have a bad feeling then cry to google. I saw and could hear your cries from outside the store! Grow up!
BEST DRY CLEANER I HAVE EVER USED, EVER!!! Every. Single. Worker. There. Has such amazing attitude and superb customer service! I wish I knew the big guys name, I would LOVE to give him a shoutout! That man definitely deserves a raise, it was my first time in and he made me feel like I have a permanent place to take my clothes!
