Very disappointing experience. I took my vehicle (less than 12 months old) in for a service and clearly advised staff that the seatbelt buckle was defective — a major safety issue that makes the car unsafe and illegal to drive. Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), vehicles must be of acceptable quality and safe, so this should have been treated with urgency. We haven’t purchased from here yet, however we spoke with the sales guy George and were blown away with how genuine he was and helpful, he wasn’t pushy, he was just a very nice guy. So impressed I’m leaving this review, if you need a Nissan, go to George!
