Had a booked appointment with Julian. On arrival we were told that we were double-booked for the same vehicle, had us wait over an hour, then told us the car was sold to the other customer. Surely it can't be standard practice to have multiple bookings for the same vehicle within 15min of each other. Very unprofessional.
