Having purchased my N brand new the after sales provided from my local Keema Hyundai Service Springwood has been nothing short of abysmal and will be the reason I never purchase another Hyundai N product. The service manager was dismissive and unaware of Hyundais own TSBs and a rectification was promised and not followed up. Dealing with anything under warranty has been like pulling teeth and an experience not repeated by other manufacturers or dealerships for our other vehicles. Very disappointed.
A huge thank you to Kyle and the rest of the team (Shaun and Toni) for giving us a really great experience for our first brand new car. We highly recommend Keema Hyundai Springwood. ☺️
