Highly recommend Keema Springwood Service Department the new Service Manager is so helpful we had been given a bit of run around prior and almost lost faith but he has restored it and getting old issues fixed so happy to work with him and the team now we have someone eager to help it’s very nice thank you Dwayne and the team

Gordon and Paula we spoke to Lachlan several weeks ago and asked him many questions in regard to purchasing a new Hybrid Kona. Lachlan was very informative and was able to answer all the questions and after a week or so we called him up and test drove the Kona. This is my second review to complain about the parts department service! I have contacted the manager Bruce directly, and still I have no parts... what an absolute joke this place is. Perhaps the same person who responds to reviews should take over the parts department because at least my review gets a reply!!
