I can’t fault the team at Hyundai Keema! They were absolutely fantastic during the whole process of buying my new car. So knowledgeable and approachable. It was a great experience & I absolutely love my new car!!!!
Not had a good experience with them. One time they damaged my car with their machine, then told me my brakes and rotors needed doing. I took it to kmart as it was cheaper and they informed they didn’t need doing and that who ever machined them damaged them. (When I took it back to keema as they damaged - they wanted me to pay money for them damaging my car)! On another time it had a recall part, so I booked it in. Worst communication ever. Emailed mutiple times with no reply, called on four different days only for it to go to the message service every time. I brought a brand new car from this company and they are completely uncontactable, disgusting non existent customer service!!
Thank you to Lachlan and Shaun for making my Kona purchase so easy. Highly recommend them both.
