100% the rudest parts division I have ever experienced. I rang to ask for a quote but when I asked for a certain part ( as there is 2 sorts ) I was accused of only wanting the part number to buy second hand parts from a wreckers. Then the germ wanted to argue and be aggressive over the phone which was completely uncalled for. So happy I ended up going to Springwood Hyundai which are awesome to deal with. Being in the industry I will never recommend or use Mt Gravatt again.
