Sadly the practice has got gradually worse over the years, now you are lucky if they even answer their telephone line. Waited over 50 minutes in a call queue with only 6 people in it only to get to the front and then the line just rings out with no answer until you give up, same happened the previous evening. I accept long waits to actually speak to or see a clinician, but when a surgery can not even answer it's telephones there is a big problem at this surgery.
