I’ve been a resident of Keeley Properties complex Lofts at the HUPP for over a year now. I’ve watched it rapidly decline over a year. The property management changes so quickly, it’s hard to keep track of new people and they don’t introduce themselves on the Lively app used by residents and management. In fact, that app is a joke.
