They manage the Shelby, this is a dangerous and overall awful place to live. I had a very frustrating experience trying to tour 4321 Grove Apartments. I scheduled a tour with Cornelius for 11:00 AM and showed up on time, but he never arrived. After I called him, he explained that his phone had been broken and he thought his boss had rescheduled. While I appreciated the explanation, it was still unacceptable that there was no proactive communication and I was left waiting. We rescheduled for 3:00 PM the same day. “BEWARE” St. Louis, Mo Tower Grove Mews This company took advantage of recent tornado victims. I watched a particular unit rise days after we spoke about a unit & also being a tornado victim. That unit sat on the market for a very long time but I was advised by Dre multiple people have put in applications, but no one was accepted. 3620 Texas Apartments is a great place to live. The apartments are very nice, upscale finishes and the management company is attentive to the needs of the residents. I am very happy with living here.
