I'm keeping this short for now, but if you're going to rent one of their properties, you need to triple check all of the documents and information. Still have yet to receive my refund and it's been two months and several emails.
They manage the Shelby, this is a dangerous and overall awful place to live. They’ll get on here denying it all instead of addressing the problems, I assure you I have proof of everything for anyone curious. - Property manager flashed a gun at a resident, police report readily available as public record. I had a very frustrating experience trying to tour 4321 Grove Apartments. I scheduled a tour with Cornelius for 11:00 AM and showed up on time, but he never arrived. After I called him, he explained that his phone had been broken and he thought his boss had rescheduled. While I appreciated the explanation, it was still unacceptable that there was no proactive communication and I was left waiting. We rescheduled for 3:00 PM the same day.
