Truly a 5-star experience in dealing with Keeler Roofing. Every aspect from the estimate through the complete reroof was handled without any issues. Everyone I spoke with either via phone or direct contact was courteous, professional, and informative. The 2 crews, the tear off and the install, were very accommodating with my requests, polite and friendly. Roof was leaking had this company give an estimate. Took awhile for them to come do the work. Finally after calling them repeatedly they came and worked on it.The next hard rain the roof leaked again. Called them back and they came out and worked on it again. Next hard rain its still leaking. Called them back and reported this to them back in May. It's now Mid-August roof is still leaking and Im still waiting on a call back.
