I reached out for emergency services and was informed by scheduling that someone would be out prior to 4pm. I received a text message confirming this appointment and when I called after waiting for 4 hours to hear from someone, I was told nobody was available and that the earliest they could come would be the following day. This was not the customer service I needed after being without power for 26 hours.

Called them about a problem I’ve been having with my circuit breaker. Brandon was sent out to my house and not only was he very knowledgeable about what he was doing, he was a great person as well. Was explaining everything he was doing as he went along so I could see for myself. I would 100% recommend the company and will be using them from now on anytime I need an electrician.

Keeler Electric and Essig Plumbing/Heating employees were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable from the first person who provided an estimate to the men who installed the generator. The office personnel were also very prompt, helpful and friendly. My wife and I are very pleased and would recommend this company without reservation!
