I had a very difficult encounter with a turkey on the Mass Pike. Shannon helped to guide me through the process and I felt she was my advocate. When I first walked in to Keeler Collision, I was feeling very negative. She turned it around!
Great repair of a 25.5k front collision on my 2025 BMW x5. Highly recommend you only go to Keeler if you have a BMW.
Keeler did a great job repairing my 2025 BMW 440 M. They were very easy to work with and completed the work in a timely manner. My car came back looking like it just came out out of the showroom. Would recommend them for any type of repair. Bailey was also awesome to work with.
Was told I had to wait a week to come in for an estimate. I came in for the appointment, they took a few pictures of my car. They said I would have an estimate in a few days. I called two weeks later because I never received the estimate. they said it fell through the cracks and they’d get right on it. I followed up two weeks later, and I was told the same thing. I still have not received even a preliminary estimate for my work. Going to another shop for my repairs
