Took my BMW in for check engine light issue 2 times. 1st was told the 2500$ repair would "absolutely fix" the issue. "Guaranteed" 2nd time was for the same check engine light. Another 1500$ and guess what lit up again. Then I was told "well the car has 200k on it"....and I was referred to the used car department. That's how they treat a guy who had 10 years working for BMW. WOW.
Overpriced, poor quality and terrible customer service. Once our work was completed there was a dispute about pricing after which I let the service advisor know I might write an unsatisfactory review. When we brought our car home, we realized the hood latch had been damaged at the dealership and the front hood wouldn't open. First off I want to say I had an amazing experience with the sales department at Keeler bmw but I had a little situation where I had to take my car in to get some collision work done and I had the worst experience with the service center I had went to pick up my car once it was ready, when I had arrived I had found my car with scratches on it when I had my car ppf and everything and they going to tell me it wasn’t them and and when I had showed proof that those scratches wasn’t there when I had drop my car off they didn’t wa... read more
I was in from out of town and received an alert in my car that coolant was low. Keeler told me to come on in and they B would top it off. In and out in minutes and they addressed air levels in my tires too! Great service.
