Doctor Keng has been incredible with my mother. She took the time to hear her concerns, thoroughly investigate and address with proactivity, efficiency and extreme care. Her professionalism, compassion and kindness are unparalleled. We are also very grateful for her amazing office staff. Sue goes above and beyond in every aspect of her role and cares very genuinely about patients and their families
Had consulting appointment with Dr. Keng for my hernia surgery on July 3rd. The waiting room was empty but they kept me in the room for 36 minutes until she arrived They gave me a surgery appointment for Aug 24 but on Aug 10 they called and cancelled my surgery! The reason: someone needs that surgery time urgently! Don’t know what kind of emergency can wait for 2 weeks?! They rescheduled for Oct… Awful experience
They never answer the phone.
