In mid April, I needed an emergency surgery on my colon. Luckily, I was at McKenzie Health, and Dr. Christine Keng was on duty. She spent ample time telling me about the procedure and answered all questions that we had. I felt safe, and reassured by her. The worst service I’ve experienced at a medical office. I came in today for a post‑surgery check‑up that was scheduled three weeks in advance. I arrived 10 minutes early, yet the waiting room was completely full — people were standing everywhere. The receptionist then told me there were seven patients ahead of me and that I should expect at least another hour of waiting.
