Very friendly and very professional
The service is good. However, one thing needs improvement: the method used to let the next patient know it is their turn for an examination. Relying on calling out names is problematic, as names can be misheard or confused due to similarities. In my opinion, the facility should install a ticket dispenser; simply calling out the number would make it clear to patients when it is their turn to be seen.
Highly recommend Dr. Kartik! He did a fantastic job and took really good care of my tooth. Also, Supriya was super nice. She was so polite on the call and helped me out a lot with the booking and payment
Wonderful experience with Dentist/Dr Kartik and team. They explained everything clearly, were gentle throughout the procedure, and I left with zero anxiety. The office is clean, well-organized, and everyone was friendly from check-in to check-out. Appointment was accommodated quickly. Underrated spot - would highly recommended if you're searching for a dentist who combines skill with a caring, patient approach, this is the place to go. Thanks Aditya
Very good service and excellent doctors.
