Ernie the owner was very nice. He didnt service my piece of equipment but he took the time and got it started. He didnt have to do that and could have just sent me on my way. Just this one action made the difference from a good business to a great business. Thank you
Had them service my generator when my regular service tech wasn't available. A year later my regular guy comes and shows me they didn't connect a spark plug. Burned the insulation. While the generator did it's weekly run if we needed full power (which we didn't) the generator wouldn't have been able to supply. Very disappointed in their service and would not recommend them.
They get the job done ! I also enjoy talking with people working the counter- nice folks.
