Had a need to have my grand daughters car towed / repaired .and both Wilsons tow truck drivers said this was the best workshop to take a car for repairs or service. I agree
Drove 2hrs into Toowoomba to purchase a car last minute. James and the guys were able to check it out and find a few minor issues before we bought it. We were able to purchase the car and have the issues resolved on the same day and be home in time for dinner. All the staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with and we would recommend them to everyone in need of mechanical work.
First time there and found the staff very friendly.. Receptionist Emily is very helpful and the mechanic who serviced my car was very competent and down to earth.. he pointed out further things to do so I now know all the pertinent repairs in the future.. and the account was fair and not outrageous as some other auto people have been.. Honesty pays.
Really happy with James and his team. James took my car in at shirt notice to fix starter motor. James has done general services on 2 of my vehicles and his prices are fair and can't fault the work. Would happily recommend.
