Drove 2hrs into Toowoomba to purchase a car last minute. James and the guys were able to check it out and find a few minor issues before we bought it. We were able to purchase the car and have the issues resolved on the same day and be home in time for dinner. All the staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with and we would recommend them to everyone in need of mechanical work.
First time there and found the staff very friendly.. Receptionist Emily is very helpful and the mechanic who serviced my car was very competent and down to earth.. he pointed out further things to do so I now know all the pertinent repairs in the future.. and the account was fair and not outrageous as some other auto people have been.. Honesty pays.
James is an absolute gentleman he has saved me alot of money and been completely honest with me . Had an issue with an oil leak that I’d been battling instead of saying bring it in he walked me through how I could fix it myself and if there were anymore issues then to bring it .
Great service from Keehn Automotive! After our car broke down away from home they were very helpful in fixing the issue with a short turnaround.
