Sadly, our experience is also very "scam like." Thomas Keehan took our $4,000 and then ghosted us. He will not return our calls or emails and we are now faced with his theft, as well as the non-paying renter.
Tom has worked tirelessly to help me remove a tenant who was four months behind on rent and involved in drug abuse. As a landlord managing a house with three tenants, I was facing thousands in damages, but Tom’s diligence throughout the legal process has been incredible. I’m thankful to have Tom as my go-to representative in Thurston County!
This guy is a scam. He conned me into to paying a "flat rate", that is refundable at certain stages, for him to evict a tenant for me. He had the notice to pay or vacate sent to them, then he vanished. I had to get the tenants out myself, now i have to get a lawyer to go after my money this guy owes me and file a complaint with the WA bar. What a nightmare this experience has been.
