It's beautiful by the lake and neighbors keep to themselves and it's nice and quiet!

KHMHC is an alright place to live. Community is nice and there is a beach and access to Cass Lake. However rent is high, lots are small and you get one space for parking. While there are open parking spaces, you may have to walk a ways. Keego Harbor is a nice area, as is the West Bloomfield area. Relatively safe area with decent schools and police. I give a 3.5 out of 5. Management is also decent.
