Buyer beware on that preparer. I've never been to keegans, but Elena bishop helped a person I have an active restraining order against steal my identity. She chose to submit a "joint" return without ever meeting me, and without my signature, without any proof of my identity, and then refused to provide me copies of those tax returns. This has to be the worst unprofessional tax place in the world! Very rude unprofessional people with attitudes! Do not specifically ask for Elaina! She is the absolute worse! This place is a joke and they are some money hungry crooks!! Very very unprofessional!
Very poor service. Unskilled people with lack of knowledge. And the only person with knowledge is arrogant. They take advantage of people. They take your money and show no results.
Wouldn't trust anyone else, Bill has always taken care of me.
