Buyer beware on that preparer. I've never been to keegans, but Elena bishop helped a person I have an active restraining order against steal my identity. She chose to submit a "joint" return without ever meeting me, and without my signature, without any proof of my identity, and then refused to provide me copies of those tax returns. To say that is illegal, fraud, and unethical is a big understatement. If she did that to me.... I can only imagine what else is possible.
