Customer service here is very bad I really needed them project and their name was on my tax advocate recommendation but they decided that they were going to screw things up for me and now I'm in a predicament where I might get a tax levy.
I was going here for a few years and it has taken a down turn. Tax preparer Elena told me in February 2026 I was getting $5k back from IRS so I was planning a family vacation with deposits made. April 12th 2026 IRS informed my there was error on a car credit that I am not entitled to, so now I owe IRS $2.5 k and...I only had a couple days to come up with the shocking amount.
