I have been a Keegan’s Cape Jewelers customer for nearly two decades. They are professional, knowledgeable and very resourceful. I highly recommend them to associates on Cape Cod and recognize the Norwood, Ma operation being just as resourceful. This family owned enterprise is very customer centric.

I’ve never met a more arrogant or disrespect business owner - do not give this loser your business when there are so many better options such as Hannoush - great service! Hope this jewelry store goes under due to what a rude POS owner is….unreal experience - can’t stress enough. Go anywhere else.
Took my diamond in for a prong repair which took almost 4 weeks and cost $191. Less than 6 months later the diamond was spinning in the setting. Went back and was told I was to blame and I must have hit it. Not true sitting behind a desk typing all day. He wanted to charge me again but I took the ring and left. Keegan’s was highly recommended by a number of friends over the years. I took a repair, which was to take 2 weeks. 2 months later it was ready but not repaired correctly. Very disappointing. He is too busy for new business!
