Spoke to one of their people a week ago about servicing our forklift, still haven't heard back...very unresponsive and unprofessional!
Literally almost got run off the road by one of the drivers erratic driving. They are just speeding on the HWY, weaving in and out of traffic.
I was looking to acquire a new forklift for my personal hobby shop and dealing with some old person over the phone felt more like a interrogation then receiving a service.
