If I could give a 0 I would, his personality is like a slug. 2 times he pretty much called me a liar when I went in and said I need to see an orthopedic doctor I think I've torn ammy meniscus in my knee, mind you have had 2 meniscus tears before and surgery. Going through the same thing as Bonnie except for I am not getting referrals that he said he would send me to and it's been two and a half weeks and I'm still waiting for medication and still nothing

Let’s his staff handle all calls even if it’s concerning something very important or even a diagnoses, staff is rude and unprofessional and keegan in particular will get upset if you get a second opinion from another office. I have the impression they (he) likes to play favorites at this particular office. Would never recommend this guy to anyone.

I was going to say the quality of care is lacking at this office but there is no care you can't make an appointment when you call nobody answers the phones you get sent to an answering service they tell you that they're short-staffed and they're not taking calls or appointments it is very difficult and frustrating to get in to be seen and by some chance you do get an appointment you're not going to see a doctor you're going to see a nurse practitioner that is lacking medical experience and knowledge they won't fill your meds... read more
