He got my prescription wrong and won't change it, even though there were options that made me see better. I have been wearing glasses for years, and he treated me like I don't know what I'm talking about. I can see better out of my old scratched up glasses than my brand new ones. And they didn't tell me I could get my glasses there, I had to go out of my way to get my prescription filled somewhere else, then I was asked why I didn't get my glasses there.
