The staff were very professional and polite when I walked in. My problem with this place is that its called a walk in clinic but "They're not taking any new patients" no matter what so... how is that a walk in clinic? Seems like false advertising.
I have used Keefer Clinic for several years and have had dozens interactions with support staff and medical professionals. I have been treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism in all my encounters. Support staff have consistently been prompt, efficient, and sympathetic. Physician care has been professional and proactive. Communication has been clear and my doctor takes time to explain issues, risks and potential outcomes.
I’d like to write a brief review about Keefer Medical Clinic. I’m truly pleased and appreciative of the staff—they’re consistently helpful, approachable, and quick to respond. They reply to emails promptly and assist with anything I need or any questions that come up. Even during emergencies, they’ve been reliable and supportive.
