Great company, on time, efficient
With most of the big companies having a receptionist answer the phone, I was pleasantly surprised to be speaking to an actual technician when I dialed Straight Shooter. The name is comical but they are very knowledgeable as well as helpful. Carlos knows his stuff and was able to give me some general options and related price ranges over the phone where other groups will only work to set an appointment so that they can close the deal. These folks do their namesake proud!
My HVAC stopped working, and they came out quickly to fix it. The repair was done the same day, and the price was fair. The technician was friendly and professional. I am happy with the service.
