Straight Shooter Heating & Cooling has been the absolute best find for fair and honest HVAC maintenance and repair. Especially Aaron, who has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to insure our experience and result were in excellence. Late night calls and weekend visits outside of what you could reasonably expect. I had a great experience with this company. Jordan came out first for a tune-up — super friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Jack, the owner, came out to give the quote and was great too — no pressure, just honest and professional. When I decided to move forward with the new system, the applied the tune-up cost toward my A/C purchase, which was a nice bonus. Kenneth and Ray did the install today and did an awesome job. Everything looks clean and works perfectly. Highly recommend — great team all around!
We noticed a lot of dust in the house, so we booked their duct service. The team cleaned the vents and ductwork thoroughly. The air quality in our home feels much better now.
Great company, on time, efficient
With most of the big companies having a receptionist answer the phone, I was pleasantly surprised to be speaking to an actual technician when I dialed Straight Shooter. The name is comical but they are very knowledgeable as well as helpful. Carlos knows his stuff and was able to give me some general options and related price ranges over the phone where other groups will only work to set an appointment so that they can close the deal. These folks do their namesake proud!
