I have been a patient of Dr. Molly's for some time. I started my chiropractic care with Dr. Chad Volk. Bad mistake!!! He literally sprained my neck. I had to go to the Spine Institute in Burlington. He could have paralyzed me from the neck down or even killed me. I was lucky all he did was sprain my neck. Dr. Chad Volk does manual adjustments and uses his entire body weight to force your bones into whatever position. I wanted to continue my care for my back. Called office in hopes that I wouldn't have to pay thousands out of pocket as I was quoted with another office. Staff put me on hold for quite some time and then the provider proceeded to get on the phone and berate me for trying to take shortcuts and try to make me feel a foot tall for not taking seriously enough her and others' care plans. Incredibly insensitive to those with economic constraints, and am not surprised to hear she peddles supplements as well. I have been seeing Dr. Molly since she came to St Albans. She has seen me through car accidents, falls, twists, sprains, migranes, back ache, arthritis, and the list goes on! I have testified, under oath after my last bad accident, that Dr. Molly keeps me walking. The lawyer for the other side tried to make me look silly for that remark, but it backfired on her!
