I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent telehealth appointment with my primary care provider Keefe Giffin, and to explain why I have decided to seek care elsewhere for the management of my thyroid condition. The man shows a lack of empathy. He was very unpleasant to me when I was trying to explain my situation. I had to confront him about his behavior, and then he attempted to justify himself afterward. This will be my third and final time seeing him.
When he walked in I really wasn't sure because he was very matter a fact but he really listened and took time with me to figure out the next steps to recovery
Read the other review carefully. This man has no sympathy and reinforced why I never ever want male doctors. Glad I spent money to be treated like a disappointing child. Stay away!
