This firm was recommended to me by my insurance agent and it was one of the most expensive and disappointing legal experiences I've had. My greatest disappointment came from their billing practices. Everytime they read an email I was billed at least $30. Every time I was left a voicemail I was billed. I was billed several hours for an associate to write a simple letter (that I could have done in under an hour) and then I was billed for the partner's time to review the letter.
