I recently called this assisted living home to inquire about placing my mother there, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The woman I spoke with was rude, condescending, and made me feel like my questions were a burden. If this is how they treat potential families over the phone, I can’t imagine the level of care residents receive. Needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere for a place that shows compassion and respect.

I had bad experience. Because I just called to get to know about job availability. But the one who picked the call was rude and don't know what professionalism is.

Dad spent merely one month here. A proud man in rapid decline was received with compassion and understanding which made him want to engage in activities in the home. This is a well kept clean environment aiming for health and a homey atmosphere. The staff takes control and are caring and compassionate to achieve goals of inclusion and success. Sadly my father only got to spend two months at Keedwell but the care and attention he received was unbelievable. 10 out of 10. Myrna and Dalton, the owners, went above and beyond for my Dad which I very much appreciated since I live in Edmonton. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude to them and their staff.
