Dr Alex Wu just gets it. He’s organised, quick, and incredibly thorough. There’s no overexplaining or belittling, and you never feel rushed out of there. He’s calm, listens attentively, and makes it easy to discuss and analyse symptoms. Seems like he likes getting to the bottom of issues. Thorough. Lot's of great docs at this practice.

Waited an hour for an appointment with 2 small children due to doctor taking an impromptu meeting the centre owner. No discount offered. Wait would have been longer but we complained and asked for another doctor. Doctor repeated my son's age incorrectly (+1yr) and then his weight incorrectly (+50%) while prescribing medicine and had to be corrected. This following a nurse taking this information.and us repeating that information to the doctor. First google review I've left in a very long time.
