Ambushed on the day with extra expenses that they could've told me about when I booked the appointment. I hate ambush tactics from businesses. It lowers my trust in them, and they come across as money grubbing and uncaring for the health of the animals.
I have so much appreciation for Baron and his staff who took such great care of my last dog, especially at her end, that I still go to him with my current dogs, even though I live 40 mins from them now.
Dr Baron is without question the kindest and most supportive vet I have ever met. Tonight we had the awful experience of having to put our dog down. Dr Baron talked my partner through the process while showing empathy and compassion at all times. I have never met a vet with such genuine kindness. We moved to our dogs to Kedron Veterinary Clinic about 18 months ago and it was the best decision.
This was an extremely disappointing experience with the veterinary clinic. I made a booking for diagnostic imaging for my dog, however at no stage during the booking process were my details recorded, despite me specifically asking whether they required my name and information. Over the following days, I received multiple phone calls regarding the appointment, which created unnecessary confusion. Having just moved to the Northside we were looking for a vet to take the care of our cats. Look no further than Kedron Vet Clinic! They are incredibly kind, considerate and do everything they can to make it a good experience. We were so impressed from the moment we walked in.
