We recently had the misfortune of having our Lexus rear-ended, kedron Smash repairs worked miracles on it! 🚗💥 The team was amazing from start to finish - super professional, transparent, and ridiculously helpful. I haven’t used their smash repair services, so I can’t comment on the quality of their work. However, my experience with their customer service was disappointing. The staff member I spoke to was unnecessarily rude, hostile, and combative. From reading their website, I understood that while they only provide insurance quotes online, private quotes could be done onsite for a $40 fee.
