After reaching out via email to inquire about the black Haval they had in stock—since my local area wouldn’t have any available for another three weeks—I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response. Worst decision purchasing from this dealer. Once they received a deposit, there was a total lack of customer service and communication for all parties. Lack of communication resulted in (2) business days lost and ultimately cost us our window to collect the vehicle before Easter. Hayden failed to provide any solution, or any resolution or even compassion.
